We are an independent financial services company which has been in operation since 1998, initially as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Standard Bank Group. In August 2003, a partnership between the Standard Bank Group and a BEE consortium saw the business being sold to create an independent financial services company - Andisa Capital.

Andisa has the capacity to provide a full suite of treasury services either as an integrated package or parts thereof. Over the years the business has established a good track record and a solid client base in South Africa. In addition, extensive work has been done in Australia, Papua New Guinea, South America, North America, Mauritius as well as the rest of Africa.

We believe that the success of our operations lies in our team. Andisa has brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures who share the same values of honesty, integrity, professionalism, transparency and mutual respect for each other. The team is made up of individuals with both banking and corporate treasury background, who bring to our clients a wealth of knowledge and experience that is not easily replicated.
